Gemba Automotive Repair

Outstanding service and expertise! After getting my car checked for high-speed road noise at another shop, I wanted a second opinion about possible alignment issues. What really set this place apart was their exceptional approach to explaining the problem. The technician not only identified that my non-stock tires (installed by the previous owner) were the source of the noise, but took the time to show me exactly what was happening with the tire tread. They walked me through the issue with clear demonstrations, helping me fully understand the issue. Will definitely return for future maintenance and repairs!

Gemba is hands-down the best auto repair experience I’ve ever had. Joshua the general manager was personable, honest, and genuinely had my best interest at heart—no upselling, no pressure, just real advice I could trust. One thing that really stood out was their complimentary towing service. I was stressed about how I’d get my car to the shop, and Gemba completely took that off my plate. It was quick, smooth, and just one example of how they go above and beyond for their customers. Joshua kept me informed every step of the way, explained the work clearly, and made sure I understood my options. It never felt transactional—it felt like I had a real advocate on my side. I love Gemba! They're always incredibly helpful and do the work quickly and at a reasonable price. Every time I go the person working the front desk is super nice and gives me a realistic time frame that I'll have to wait, and they're usually done early! Plus they take the time to explain everything and answer any questions that I might have. Highly recommend - I won't go anywhere else!

I can’t recommend this mechanic company highly enough! From the moment I brought my car in, the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They not only diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly, but they also took the time to explain everything in detail so I could understand what was going on. What really stood out was how far they went to make sure I was taken care of the operations manager personally drove 15+ miles to pick up a part for my car so the repair wouldn’t be delayed. That level of dedication and customer service is something you don’t see often. My car is running better than ever, and I’ll definitely be returning for any future needs. If you're looking for tr…

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Gemba Automotive is hands-down the best auto shop I’ve ever encountered. Their service goes beyond exceptional—it’s unparalleled. My 70-year-old mother recently visited them, and the patience, understanding, and care they showed her were extraordinary. They took the time to explain everything clearly, treating her with a level of respect and warmth that rivals the finest dining experiences I’ve had. As someone in the customer service industry, I’m blown away by their commitment to making customers feel valued. On top of that, Gemba saved me from a $2,200 quote at a dealership for work on my car. They handled the same job with top-notch quality for just $500—25% of the cost! Their hon…
